We're located in the heart of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, overlooking the ocean in a beautiful restive spot. We’re in our 12th year now, winning a few awards on the way and establishing ourselves as a firm local favourite. Our menu is based on locally-grown fresh produce and lively flavours.

The cafe has a lovely informal feel; we’re always friendly and laid back. Check out our menu which changes with the seasons although a few favourites always remain. We cater for weddings and functions, either at the cafe or at a location of your choice.

Waikokopu is family run. Amanda Turner delivers a pristine front-of-house service while chef Hughie Blues runs an energetic kitchen.
